- Due to the growth and new challenges that our company is facing, we are currently looking for highly trained and qualified professionals to augment our technical staff, who will be evaluated on the following areas:

Those persons interested, once they approved our internal evaluation, will be requested for the corresponding credentials to validate the mentioned items.
Purpose of Position
Acts as the main owner and leader on moderate to high complexity/risk projects. Manages and coordinates project teams and performs as scrum master. Responsible for management and presentation of estimates, cost analysis, design considerations and implementation of timelines. Responsible for tasks assignments and maintenance of all project documentation.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
· General ownership and leadership over projects.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities as needed.
· Collaborate with Account Services as needed to support on the management of client expectations and satisfaction.
· Scrum master; Primary decision-maker regarding goals for each iteration within a project.
· Communication, reporting and interaction between resources from different departments.
· Filtering, managing and redirecting communication to and from resources inside and outside a project.
· Crafting and updating business, functional and technical documentation or delegating and supervising these as needed.
· Performing analysis, estimation and architectural definitions for all work effort on a project, either on his own or with the help of an expert from the corresponding department.
· In charge of project team coordination; Status and iteration meetings scheduling.
· Representing the project team on client and internal meetings; Actively participates in early project definition and planning.
· Presents feasibility concerns and general considerations from the standpoint of all the involved fields of expertise in a project. Timely escalation of issues when needed.
· Controlling project scope and handling or elevating scope changes as needed.
· Serves as main project knowledge reference.
· Deciding and controlling the project timeline and anticipation, communication and management of possible deviations. Usage of corporate management tools for documentation of resource allocation and forecasting.
· Identify, monitor and track external dependencies and their impact on the project timeline.
· Defines and assigns tasks to reach each iteration goals in a timely fashion. Manage and report status of activities and issues.
Minimum Qualifications (Education/Experience)
· Two year college degree in quantitative field, or equivalent
· Minimum 3 - 5 years previous project related experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
· Strong organization and team coordination skills
· Detail oriented
· Scope and budget management
· Risk management and mitigation
· Ability to team with and motivate all types of people
· Strong knowledge of web uses, solutions and technologies
· Strong experience with MS Office suite
· Problem solving, abstraction, modularization skills
· Knowledge of software architecture design and analysis highly desired
· End user knowledge on SharePoint desired
